You can continue you support the foods they like—just add healthier ingredients. Always look for ways to incorporate veggies.
  2. Keep healthy foods available. Slice fruits and keep them in the refrigerator. Don’t make unhealthy snacks an option. You may feel evil at first, but trust us, they will get hungry enough and suddenly the whole-grain crackers and carrots will be their best friend.
  3. Be practical. Incorporating nutritional habits into your teen’s life should not be a dramatic movement. Instead, it should be small steps taken to a healthier life. Before you know it, they will be asking for the healthy foods. Eating is all about finding the things you like and eating what makes you feel strong.
